Tangshan Dongfang Huasheng Casting Co.,ltd(the original Fengnan Huasheng steel Plant ), was founded in 1997. With the rapid development of equipment industry, we expanded the new factory in Fengnan coastal industrial zone in May 2006. And It was put into production in October 2007. The new factory is apart from Caofeidian , the Jingtang port 60 kilometers, the Tianjin port 80 kilometers, Jintang highway 15 kilometers, the coastal highway Fengnan exit 3 kilometers.And the transportation is convenient.
　　The company invests the total capital of 123 million RMB with an area of 100Mu. Its year production capacity can reach 60000 tons , including 30000 tons steel castings,15000 tons iron castings,15000 tons abrasion-resistant materials. It owns the biggest year production process capacity and the highest specialized degree in Tangshan. And the products are widely used in the area of metallurgy, mine, power plant,railroad, cement, engine bed, wind electricity, nuclear power station, astronautics, shipbuilding and so on. The company has also gained the certification of ISO quality management system.
　　The company has 11 intermediate bum-on furnaces from 1 ton to 10 ton, 8 ton and 15 ton cupola separately, 2 electric heat treatment furnaces, 3 gas anneal ovens, the biggest cubage is 12m*8m*3.5m, undertakes processing and heat treatment of big steel and iron casts below 100 ton.
　　 We have many testing equipments such as CS analyzer, drop testing machine, hardness tester, flaw detector, spectrum analyzer which can guarantee the stability of the material and quality.
　　In order to provide better service, the company bought 10- meter vertical lathe, 200 spindle rotary-table miller, 220 boring machine, 2.5*6m planer milling machine, 3.5*8m planer milling machine and accessory equipment, can provide one-station service.
